In 2011, after innovating for his own facility services company and franchise concept, Wells Leger was ready to take the unique patent pending equipment, up-fit and parts that he had developed to the marketplace. After hours of discussion and strategizing, Wells and Marti Leger decided to create an entirely new business concept and plan that led them to venture into the metal fabrication and manufacturing segment of business.
Wells has a passion for designing parts and equipment to improve upon process efficiency. After using beta testing and improving upon each new model, the Twister Alley F-1 sweeper was introduced to the sweeper industry at the 2017’s National Pavement Expo. The F-2 followed with its rollout at the 2019 Expo. Currently, several of the Well Made design concepts have been filed for patents.
